Unknown gunmen in military fatigue stormed an uncompleted building behind legislator’s quarters in apo Abuja killing over 10 people.
According to eyewitness report provided to hotfm 98.3 Abuja just few metres from the scene of the incident the owner of a building close to the uncompleted building had warned people who pass the night in the building to desist from it, they refused, the report say the man may have masterminded the forceful evacuation and killing of inhabitants of the building in the early hours of Friday morning 20th september 2013.
A resident, who was visibly furious walked to hotfm radio Abuja, stated that at about 12:30am he heard gunshot severally throughout the night, causing panic in the area.
