Filming for the upcoming movie “The Green Hornet” will happen in Atwater Village from October 12th thru the 14th. Filming will occur on Fletcher Drive (between Atwater Ave and Riverside Dr.) and Riverside Drive (between Fletcher Dr. and Glendale Blvd).
Filming is expected between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00am.
Locals can expect to see and/or hear special effects like automatic gunfire, explosions, fire effects, smoke effects, the brandishing of weapons, camera in car, car to car shootings, driving scenes, camera & equipment on the sidewalk, occasional traffic and pedestrian control, and use of ramps to simulate rollover.
