Alias Books East opening May 1st - 3163 Glendale Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90039

Alias Books is set to open a second store in the heart of Atwater Village. Alias Books East will be located at 3163 Glendale Blvd, easily accessible from Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park and Glendale. The new store will open its doors on Saturday May 1st.

Alias Books, formerly the West L.A Book Center, has been buying and selling used books for over 50 years. One of Los Angeles's oldest remaining used bookstores it carries a wide variety of subjects with an emphasis on film, literature and the arts. "As one of the last authentic literary bookstores remaining in L.A., Alias Books is always a refreshing invitation for those that love books and constantly thirst for knowledge." (Yelp.com)

Co-owner Patrick Paeper, who has spent the last year carefully selecting the stock for Alias Books East explained that "even in the age of the Kindle there's no substitute for holding a book in your hand and flipping through the pages." The store will be open 7 days a week from 10am until 10pm.
