No joined up thinking again

Today saw two announcements on the importance of infrastructure spending in Wales and it's impact on economic growth.

The first was by First Minister Carwyn Jones at the British Irish Council meeting in Cardiff and the second was from the British Chamber of Commerce report on the need to upgrade the M4 because it holding Wales back.

The fact they are both published on the same should have meant a focus on Wales dire infrastructure needs from the press and opposition, instead our First Minister and other leaders ended up talking about renewable energy – important yes, but not as much as sorting Wales transport infrastructure out.

So much for joined up thinking and sticking to your plans First Minster.
