Over the past two years our neighborhood has been creating a growing event called the Atwater Artwalk. The idea of the event is to get people from diverse backgrounds to share their stories through their art during one of the best evenings that Atwater has to offer. The night finishes with a giant party that gives away thousands of dollars in prizes for local artists and kids.
Atwater’s Artwalk organizers (the good folks at Northland Village Church) is now working at growing their team that plans the event this year as the event has grown in size. (15 businesses in Atwater and hundreds of pieces of art) The commitment for team members will be approximately 6 meetings during the course of the next 4 months and some emailing.
