"Dark Side of the Prism" is a Firefox Add-on that provides a soundtrack for our surveilled internet meanderings. The public recently learned that the US National Security Agency's on-going internet surveillance program, Prism, collects data from users of major websites. 

ED Noor: I installed it to check it out and it is very operational, perhaps too much so for my taste. I had to remove it fast. All my short experience proved is, according to this gadget, EVERYTHING is snagged in PRISM. So just assume this and behave accordingly.  Heck, even the Google search page is linked. So is the Flickr first page, a photography site. What I think I would like is a bug that undoes everything as I go along!

The German Bundestag today approved a resolution vowing to combat anti-Semitism and support Jewish life in Germany, and to deepen the country’s special relationship with Israel.
