First Minster Carwyn Jones has ‘slapped down’ his Cabinet colleague Education Minister Leighton Andrew over his part in the campaign to keep the Royal Glamorgan hospital open after the NHS reorganisation plans earmarked it for closure – so is this the start of something or a one off spat that will quickly disappear behind closed doors?
