There will be major embarrassment and some uncomfortable questions for First Minister Carwyn Jones, Business Minister Edwina Hart and the rest of the Welsh Government and Senior Civil Servants following the publication of all the Green Investment Bank submission's by the UK Government.
The Green Investment Bank was awarded unsurprisingly to Edinburgh, but reading the Welsh Government's bid you have to wonder if they ever took the bid process seriously?
The report contains multiple spelling and grammatical errors such as the misspelling name of the Senedd architect Richard Rogers in the foreword.
The report makes some highly questionable claims on Wales's transport system and makes the basis for the bid a building rather than financial expertise plus its difficult to read because it's so full of flannel - did Edwina or her Department chief see this report before it was sent?
Welsh Labour Ministers claims the Cardiff bid was‘robust’ look rather hollow and discredited, but you can bet no one will be held accountable for the mess.
According to the UK Government, the Welsh Government's bid was knocked out early and it's no surprise it's cringe worthy. If this is the level of competence and interest in running Wales currently in the Welsh Government and civil service god help us.
