Daily Briefing, 5/9/2012

Good morning everyone!  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

The Wilson Area School District will be increasing taxes this year by .8%.  WFMZ takes a look at the new regional ambulance center for Cetronia Ambulance Company.

In national news, U.S. businesses posted the highest amount of job openings in four years; good news for the labor market.  In North Carolina, voters approved a constitutional amendment that would formally ban gay marriage.  In Indiana, 36-year Republican Senator Richard Lugar lost his primary.

We have three Chamber events today: our Phillipsburg Mayor's Luncheon, the Southern Lehigh Shining Star Awards and a Forks Township Business Roundtable.
