Greece To Get Money If It Leaves Eurozone

Spiegel Online notes that as Greece will still be a member of the EU, even if it leaves the Eurozone it will still receive aid from the EU.

I wonder if the article has been written with the intention of tempting the Greeks to leave the Eurozone?Any source
