ATWATER’S NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL WEBSITE GOES OFFLINE*

The website for Atwater’sneighborhood council (AVNC) has gone offline; they failed to renew their domain name which expired on July 12^th.

In 2009 the AVNC, spearheaded by then Co-Chair Leonora Gershman-Pitts, spent over $7,400 of tax-payer funds to create the website.  The website was supposed to serve as the AVNC’s primary way to outreach and keep the community informed about their activities.
