Daily Briefing, 7/19/2012

Good morning everyone!  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

In Allentown, Mayor Pawlowski formally released the details of the possible lease agreement of Allentown's water & sewer system to pay for its unfunded pension liability.  Pennsylvania's new voter ID law was explained at a forum at Muhlenberg College yesterday.

In national news, it appears that New Jersey Governor Chris Christie will be the keynote speaker at the Republican Convention in August.  The Romney campaign also says that they will announce their Vice Presidential pick after the Summer Olympics.

We have one Chamber event today: our Signature Network Event (and free!) at blue Grillhouse in Bethlehem.
