There was certainly lots of effort from the First Minister and Cabinet highlighting the significant impact that the UK Government’s welfare reform will have on all aspects of Welsh life in the coming years which is to be welcomed, but you have to wonder what the impact would be if the Welsh Government put the same effort into trying to grow the Welsh economy and tacking unemployment?
