Goodwill is hatching away, literally, with their renovation efforts of the former K-Mart site on San Fernando Road just north of Fletcher Drive. The non-profit organization has purchased the lease for located at 3250 San Fernando Road and have plans to convert the space into a community resource center / retail store.
The renovation also includes removing all existing trees on the site’s parking lot.
