Suppressive therapy
A. 原理：注射T4 利用負回饋使TSH 下降，降低對甲狀腺的刺激以縮減結節的大小
B. 惡性結節：不太可能會自發性或因Suppressive therapy 而萎縮，以手術治療為主
C. 良性結節：可能會自發性或因 Suppressive therapy 而萎縮，可以考慮使用Suppressive therapy
