病因(etiology)	|acute, life-threatening, hypermetabolic state induced by excessive release of thyroid hormones in individuals with thyrotoxicosis |the most severe hyperthyroidism |stress may trigger: medical crisis、surgical crisis
檢查/準則(examination/criteria)	#Thyrotoxic history
治療(treatment)	$antithyroid drugs $$propylthiouracil, PTU: 400mg Q4H $Iodine preparations $Dexamethasone, a kind of glucocorticoid agonist, usually use with Iodine preparations, 2mg PO Q6H $Beta-blocker: 40mg Q6H support therapy $Scanol, do not use NSAIDs $Digitalis and $lasix: heart failure treatment
