Welsh Budget 2014/15 some figures

Plaid Cymru and the Lib Dems have done a deal with Welsh Labour worth £100,000,000 to pass the 2014/15 budget which sounds impressive until you realise its 0.69% of the total Welsh Government budget of £14.5 billion

Or put another way its £6.25 million for each of the 16 Plaid Cymru and Lib Dems votes. 

Both parties have been spinning this as good news all day but on those figures it hard to see how they came out on top of those negotiations.
