Meet our Panelist: Fatimah Gilliam

Fatimah Gilliam, Esq.

Fatimah Gilliam is the Director of Diversity Recruitment in Graduate Recruitment for Citi. She manages Citi’s relationships with partnership organizations, and colleges and universities concerning issues of diversity. Moreover, she is responsible for and oversees Citi’s recruitment of graduating diverse candidates across the United States for Analyst and Associate positions for all of Citi’s businesses under the Institutional Clients Group, Cards, Consumer Banking, Global Wealth Management, and Corporate Functions divisions. In her role, she works with colleagues across Citi to develop recruiting strategies and works with Citi’s foundation in accomplishing its funding objectives as they relate to diversity.

Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Gilliam worked as a real estate lawyer for Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, and as a corporate lawyer for Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College, her Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and her law degree from Columbia Law School. She lives in Harlem, is an active member of her community, and mentors students from New York City public schools.
