I have been giving some rather obvious hints that Discuss HR will be changing and I now pleased to announce the news...
From 2013 we shall be ramping things up a notch with the addition of 8 new writers and posting twice a week! I have managed to cajole, con, blackmail and threaten some fantastic new writers to join the existing crew giving a total of 16. This should provide a rounded representation of the HR industry and give you some fascinating posts to discuss.

As you’ll see we have some pretty learned individuals for next year covering a range of disciplines within HR. The vast bulk are experienced bloggers and those that are new to blogging have a real enthusiasm that I am sure will come across in the writing.
From January 7th we shall be posting twice a week, typically every Monday and Thursday. We shall also continue to welcome guest writers, however, we shall now have guest weeks where we publish posts throughout the week. Our first guest week will be the week commencing 29th April and I will post details about how you can contribute to this week in the near future.
I shall be re-vamping the format of the blog in the coming weeks and you will then be able to find all the information you require about who we are, guest writing and any networking events.
Finally, thank you to everyone for your support and feedback and I hope these changes show that your comments have been taken on board. This will be our last post of the year, so do have a wonderful Christmas and New Year and we’ll be back in January to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. (Ed Scrivener)
