Police men who survived last week massacre in Alakyom village Nasarawa State in North central Nigeria, alleged that the cultist who attacked them had a upper hand over the police as a result of Black magic(Juju). Over Eighty Policemen and Ten operatives of the Department of State Security Services where killed when their convoy ran their convoy ran into an ambush of the Ombatse cult group.
However the governor of Niger State blamed the masacar on failure of intelligence gathering by the security personnel, while the Deputy Force Spokesman Frank Mba says the Inspector General of Police Mohammed Abubakar has appealed for patience and understanding.
Most of the survivors who were in the last vehicles in the convoy, said they escaped when the saw their colleagues behaving like people under spell, adding that they had over 30,000 rounds of ammunition and couldn't have been slaughtered like chickens if not for the use of supernatural powers by the cultist.
