BATTLING NEGATIVE FEELINGS

·         Our negative emotions in daily life stem from our subconscious mind.
·         We, therefore, need to consciously work on the feelings behind these emotions to rid ourselves of the subsequent mental blocks.

1. Feeling of rejection
·         It causes a sense of fear and prevents utilizing your full potential.
·         Replace this feeling with self-love for yourself, as self-respect is a powerful tool to feel a sense of belonging with others.

2. Feeling of lacking things in life
·         It stems from a deep sense of insecurity as you believe that good things are scarce and reserved only for a few lucky ones.
·         Have faith in your own abilities, and make a conscious effort to get rid of your insecurities, which will change the life around you.

3. Feeling of unproductivity
·         It could be because you have allowed yourself to be overwhelmed by accumulated guilt and shame, leading you to act only when absolutely necessary.
·         Trying out different things or experimenting with life consciously will reverse this feeling.

4. Feeling of victimisation
·         Such feelings come when you are angry all the time as you always feel victimized.
·        
People who feel this very often start enjoying being victims subconsciously.

·         Try to develop feelings of compassion and empathy, by practicing forgiveness.
