IE瀏覽器無法下載的UTF-8 URL附件之解決方法

打開 IE瀏覽器→工具→網際網路選項→進階→國際*→傳送 UTF-8 URL→把打V取消，然後重新啟動IE瀏覽器即可HomeAny source
