Atwater Village has a new addition to its’ public art landscape. A new untitled “graffiti mural” now adorns the rear wall of Samurai Automotive at 3105 Casitas Ave, just next to the “Trains Shaping History” mural.

Facing the railroad tracks the new mural offers Amtrak riders, as well as motorist driving westbound on Fletcher Dr, a view of images depicting iconic Mexican artists Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo, as well as other more abstract images. (click here for images of the new mural)

The mural was painted by “SIK Crew”, an anonymous group of graffiti artists. (click here for images of other SIK Crew murals)
