1. Carbohydrate-packed Processed Foods
·         Excessive intake of carbohydrate-rich foods like white breads can induce arteriosclerosis (thickening of arteries) reducing blood flow.
·         Genitals need more-than-average blood supply to translate the sexual desire into long-lasting and pleasurable intimate moments.

2. Fried Foods with High Trans Fat Levels
·         Fried Foods like burgers and fried chapattis contain high Trans-fats (or hydrogenated fats).
