Atwater’s public elementary schools are both facing gut-wrenching budget cuts, a 30% cut from their already reduced school budgets. Atwater Ave Elementary faces a budget cut of $90,000 while the budget at Glenfeliz Blvd Elementary will be cut $140,000.
The new budget cuts will affect the 2012-2013 school year.
