Daily Briefing, 3/2/2012

Good morning everyone!  Here is today's Daily Briefing.

In Northampton County, Council Members voted 5-4 to end a costly bond swap deal by spending $25 million.  In state-wide news, a bill that would force women considering an abortion to get an ultrasound has been delayed.  In national news, the Senate defeated an amendment that would have allowed employers to not pay for contraception coverage on religious or moral grounds; Senator Casey voted for the amendment.  Conservative blogger Andrew Breibart died yesterday at the age of 43.

That's it for now!  Have a great day, and we'll see you later.
