At their September 13th meeting the AVNC’s Board voted to support Bon Vivant’s efforts to obtain a full liquor license and a permit to operate until 2 am.
Bon Vivant is seeking City approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow the on-site sale and consumption of a full line of alcoholic beverages within the café/restaurant portion, which contains approximately 88 seats and operating hours from 9 am to 2 am, 7 days per week. In addition Bon Vivant is also requesting approval for the off-site sale of beer and wine.
