以下為契約法上常用的法學英文單字，以美國法的用語為主，部分為台灣法律英文版所採用的用詞，而中文解釋採用中華民國(台灣)用語。
Words below are common used words in contract law. They are mainly based on USA law, and some of them are from English version of Taiwan law. While the Chinese words based on Taiwan (Republic of China) law.
